# Get regular exams – Based on your age, medical history, lifestyle and other important issues you need to learn. If problems are found early, the chances for treatment and cure better.

# Managing stress – you must protect your mental and physical health by engaging themselves in activities that will help you cope with stress at work and at home.

Following the above items, you’d be in good health. But no less important to be good for you. Health is not merely the absence of disease. This is a way of life. Whether it is’ S get enough sleep, relaxing after a stressful day or enjoying a hobby, it is important time to be good for you. Take steps to balance work, home and play. You need a balanced diet to be healthy and balanced lifestyle to be healthy and happy.
